Walrus Bay Trading Co. is a trading company made up of a group of interconnected businesses that operate collaboratively. As part of our commitment to community engagement, we consider requests for donations and sponsorships; however, due to the structure of our organization, all requests are reviewed collectively by representatives across our affiliated businesses.

Our donation funds are generated directly through the support of our customers. Because of this, we place a strong emphasis on giving back in ways that reflect and support the communities that sustain us. Funding requests submitted by our customers are given priority consideration.

Review Process

All donation requests are evaluated jointly by our internal group of businesses. This collaborative approach ensures that decisions align with our shared values, available resources, and broader impact goals. As a result, response times may vary, and not all requests can be fulfilled.

Priority Considerations

While we receive many requests, priority is given to:

• Requests submitted by existing customers of Walrus Bay Trading Co. or its affiliated businesses
• Projects that align with our business values and areas of operation

Limitations

We strive to support as many initiatives as possible, but our capacity to give is limited. Submitting a request does not guarantee funding.
